Two real ways to proceed:

2) Rotate your three database users. There's a script floating around this forum that tells you how to do it. Check the PHP and/or MySQL sticky threads.

It's also very possible that your site, based on your database querying, has simply outgrown a shared hosting environment such as ours and it may be time to move up to a dedicated server.
