Mod_rewrite is enabled on all our servers. However we do not write / support customer .htaccess file rules due to the complexity.

Unfortunately we no longer supply 'script support' for free hosting customers.
On the free hosting we can not go so far in debugging user problems, due to the diversity of issues, and the numbers of customers that do request our assistance.

We would happily help to debug this on a $3.99 account (Even if it took up several hours to work through.)

This effectively means that if the issue you are experiencing is not a server / access issue then we are not able to provide free technical support (unless you upgraded to premium hosting).
