I am having some difficulties with my site, alot of multiple posts are appearing in the site due to some delay problems maybe (it gives a "response time out" message when this problem appears) , I don't really now for sure what is the problem, so I contacted the support at my web hosting server asking the following :

The problem appears all over the site (not in a particular place), and its annoying because the site is a phpbb3 forum , so sometimes the user submits there topics more than once because of this problem....

and they gave me the following answer :

We are sorry to know that you are website is throwing MySQL errors.

We suggest you to resetup database.

1.please take complete backup of your database
2.Recreate your Database with same login details.
3.Once the DB gets created just restore your .sql file in it.

This will setup DB on new MySQL server where there are less users.
