error "الرمز الامني غير صحيح"

Hello,

Please forgive me for writing in english. I admin a Arabic version of phpBB but I do not speak arabic myself. I would be very grateful to the phpBB Arabia forums if someone could help me with a bug I am experiencing.

The problem is that whenever a user tries to create a new account, it fails and returns the following message:
????? ?????? ??? ????
Could someone kindly tell me what the above message means and how I can fix this?

try to turn on the caps look button and enter the code
and see what happins:D

No hacks recently. I have only installed phpbbArabia and a custom template that I got help with.

Is there any way to get error /debugging code?

after i took alook at your forum i understood what is the the problem
and the way to fix is very easy
you have 2 things that can fix the problem
1)you have to turn off the "????? ????? ??????"from your cp

or you can update your style to make it support the "????? ??????" by fallowing this manual:(recommended)

and it dosnt have to be exact
try to search for main sentenceses like
ACTIVATION_USER_CHECKED}
ACTIVATION_ADMIN
L_PASSWORD_CONFIRM_IF_CHANGED
