Mixed Language Forums

Hi all,

I appologies that I don't write arabic (i can readit thu )but I admin an arabic site

I have just started my way in running a community website. I installed phpBB 2.0.10. My problem is that I want to support 2 languages (Arabic and English) in my forum. I want a forum to have an Arabic (Right-to-left interface, all text right aligned and with the icon changes that came in the Arabic language pack). While another forum has the English interface. How could I do that?! I tried changing the language option from the configuration tap in the admin panel, but that applied for all forums!! do I need to upgrade to a newer version?
