1. Log into phpMyAdmin with the database administrator username and
password created through the Web Hosting Control Panel.

2. From the drop down menu select the "mysql" database.

3. Select "user" table from the "mysql" database.

4. Browse the records for the "user" table.

5. Select the row in which the particular user is listed to whom the
privileges are to be granted.

6. Select the 'Y' options present in front of the various privileges as

to assign global privileges to the user.

The user will have all the privileges for accessing the MySQL database
and for creating other database users. Please wait for approximately an

hour so that the script gets updated at the server.
