My Arabic isn't good enough to follow the discussion on phpbbarabia.com, I'm
afraid, but as far as I can tell this is not a bug in Firefox. Forcing text to
right-to-left is the expected behaviour after the character U+202E
RIGHT-TO-LEFT override, which appears in the testcase after the ?.

What's not clear to me is why the character appears at all -- is it inserted by
the phpbb software, or does it always appear when the ? is input from the
keyboard?

Are there any browsers where the forcing to right-to-left does not occur?
